Socks…No Longer the "Fruitcake" of Christmas Gifts

Was there anything more disappointing as a kid than ripping open a Christmas or birthday package only to find a package of sweat socks, or tube socks?  Yes, everyone needs socks...but it's was little like getting a toaster as a wedding gift, a fruitcake from a neighbor, or long underwear from a grandparent.

While fruitcakes and toasters remain a little "blah" as gifts, socks are HOT! One of my favorite new gifts to give (and get) are fuzzy socks, slippers, funky, colorful and unique socks!

Here is my current favorite pair from Ozone Socks.

They are so stinkin-cute that I actually roll up my jeans just to show them off.

A Maternity Tee for the (Geek) Mom to Be. ;) ….

I am a mom...a tshirt designer...and a proud geek.  When I am  not wiping noses..I get a kick out of coding websites.

That's why I created this silly & fun series of html code tshirts for the geek mom 2 be.

Choose your code.  The first reads, <bump> </bump> and the second reads, <baby> </baby>....a great way to accentuate the baby bump.

(Oh..and for my non-geeky readers...the code means "begin baby" & "end baby".  Trust me, it's hysterical.  <wink>. 

Super Cute Socks – Artwork for your Feet

I've never been much of a shoe person - but I am definitely a sock person.  Especially today.  It is -15 degrees here and even in a 72 degree house...my feet are freezing!

I love fuzzy socks, wool socks, heated socks, sweater socks...and now I need a few pairs of these - artwork for my feet!

Here are my favorite designs....notebook paper, cigarettes & a pencils.  They also offer worm socks, meat socks...and even intestine socks!  So fun & cool.

I've been working on a line of organic baby onesies. Frankly - I am getting a bit tired of the bunny..kitty...blocks...and other silly kids' designs so I thought I would try a classic alphabet theme...with a modern twist. I am loving the plum and chocolate color scheme...how about you?
